Websites, CRM and automation for private companies
For most companies, a website and internal tools share the same goal: more enquiries with less manual work. I build both — a site that brings customers and tools that make day-to-day work easier afterwards.

Priorities
What companies need most often
From a small family business to a distributor with several branches — the needs repeat, only the scale differs.
Google Business Profile, a map and consistent details, so customers in your town find you when they search nearby.
A simple custom CRM: who asked, what was quoted and when to follow up — instead of notes, emails and spreadsheets.
Sales, stock or branch performance in a finished report every Monday, without assembling spreadsheets by hand.
Web shop, accounting, till system and email exchange data automatically. Data is entered once.
An automatic reminder for an unanswered quote, an expiring contract or stock running low.

Who I work with
In the private sector I mostly work for companies that need customers to take them seriously and find them quickly:
- accounting, legal and consulting firms — trust, clear services and easy contact;
- construction, trade and installation companies — references, a project gallery and quote requests;
- retailers and distributors — a product catalogue with enquiries, branches and automated reports;
- IT, marketing and service companies — multilingual sites for clients across the EU;
- salons, studios and real estate agencies — appointments, listings and local visibility.
How collaboration grows
From a first website to internal tools
Most companies start with a website. Once it brings enquiries, the next question follows quickly: how do we track all those enquiries, quotes and customers without chaos? That is where simple internal tools and automation come in.
To be honest: not every company needs a custom CRM. Sometimes an off-the-shelf tool is perfectly adequate and cheaper — and you will hear that from me. A custom solution makes sense when ready-made tools don’t fit your process or when you pay for a system you only partly use.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
We have an old website. Do we need a new one or can the existing one be fixed?
It depends on what is wrong with it. If the problem is speed, content or SEO, fixing the existing site is often enough. If it is technically and visually outdated, a new site is usually cheaper than endless repairs. A short technical audit gives a clear answer before you spend money.
Can the website connect to our web shop, accounting software or CRM?
Usually yes — through an API or data exports. Enquiries from the website then land in your records automatically, and nobody retypes data from one program into another.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. A simple landing page, an update to an existing site or a single report automation script are perfectly legitimate projects. The scope always follows your goal and budget.
