A script fetches the data, cleans it, merges tables and produces a finished report — in seconds, with no manual copying and no formula errors.

Web applications and automation that replace manual work
If your team copies data from one program to another every week, assembles Excel reports by hand or tracks work across dozens of spreadsheets — that can almost always be automated. I build tools around your process, not a process around a tool.
- Goal
- Less manual work and fewer errors
- Technology
- Python · JavaScript · PHP
- Integrations
- Excel, APIs, databases
- Ownership
- The source code is yours

What I can build for you
Every project starts with your real process. These are typical problems companies solve with custom software.
One place to see orders, production, sales or tasks, in the browser. No installation, with role-based access.
Web shop, accounting, CRM, email and spreadsheets talk to each other. Data is entered once and flows automatically where it is needed.
Client, quote, service or appointment records built around how you work — instead of an expensive system you use at 10%.
Alerts when stock runs low, a deadline approaches or a new order arrives — by email or message, to the right person at the right time.
Sorting enquiries, extracting data from documents or summarising text — with human review and clear rules for what the AI may do.
The maths
Why automation pays off
Take a simple example. If one employee spends two hours every Monday putting together a weekly report, that's about 100 hours a year — for a single report. A script that does the same job in a minute frees those hours for work that actually makes money, and the errors from manual copying disappear along the way.
The second, less visible benefit is accuracy. When data is moved by hand, mistakes are inevitable: a wrong row, a forgotten filter, an old version of a spreadsheet. An automated process works the same way every time and leaves a trace of what was done.
That's why I estimate how much time a solution realistically saves before every quote. If automation doesn't pay off, you'll hear it from me — before you spend any money.
Got a task that keeps repeating?
Describe it in a few sentences — what you do, in which programs and how often. I’ll reply with an assessment of whether and how it can be automated.
Process
How a solution is built
Software is built in small, verifiable steps. You see the first useful version early, not only at the end of the project.
-
Process analysis
We go through the work step by step: who does what, with which data and where time is lost.
-
Proposal and quote
A concrete description of the solution, technology, timeline and fixed price. Larger systems are split into phases.
-
First version
A working version on your real data, so you immediately see whether the solution does what it should.
-
Rollout and support
Testing, documentation, user training and support during the first weeks of use.
Tools
Technology
I choose technology to fit the problem, not the other way round. Most often that means Python (data processing, Excel, automation, server scripts), JavaScript and PHP (web applications and dashboards), SQL databases and REST API integrations. For testing and browser automation I use Playwright and Selenium, and all code is versioned in Git.
If you already have a server, database or system in place, the solution adapts to that infrastructure. For a concrete example, see the guide how to automate Excel reports with Python.
FAQ
Questions about software and automation
How do I know whether my process can be automated?
A good sign is repetition: downloading reports, copying columns, merging spreadsheets, sending the same emails. Describe how the work is done today, step by step, and I’ll tell you honestly whether automation makes sense and how much time it realistically saves.
Do we have to replace the programs we already use?
Usually not. Automation is built around your existing tools: Excel, accounting software, web shop or CRM. If a system has an API or a data export, I can connect it to other systems without changing your habits.
What about data and security?
Only authorised people have access, passwords are never stored in code, and sensitive data stays on your computer or server wherever possible. Before we start, we agree what the application may see and do.
Who maintains the application after delivery?
You receive the source code and user documentation. I can take care of maintenance and improvements — on demand or as a monthly package — but you are not tied to me: the code is readable and documented.
