MVPs, landing pages and web applications for startups

A startup doesn’t need a perfect product — it needs the fastest way to learn whether people want what it is building. I help you get from idea to first users quickly, without code you’ll have to throw away as soon as you start growing.

Stages

From idea to first users

Each stage has one goal: learn something about the market with as little time and money as possible.

  1. Landing page

A clear message, pricing or a waiting list and conversion tracking. Test interest before writing the application.

  2. Prototype

A clickable prototype or minimal version for conversations with first users and investors.

  3. MVP

The first real version with core features, user login and analytics — ready for real users.

  4. Growth

Stabilisation, speed, security and new features based on data, not assumptions.

Approach

What you get

Development speed without technical debt that will cost you six months from now.

A new version every week or two. You see progress and change direction when the market demands it.

Analytics, conversions and key in-app events — so you decide based on data.

Simple at the start, but without shortcuts that can’t be fixed later.

A Git repository, documentation and all rights are yours — ready for your future team.

I help cut the feature list down to what really tests your assumption.

A multilingual landing page and application if you target EU or global users.

Concept

About the concept in the picture

The concept shows the landing page of a SaaS product for automated invoicing. It demonstrates patterns that successful SaaS pages share: one clear promise in the headline, two calls to action (free trial and a short demo), removed objections (“no credit card”, “cancel anytime”) and a real view of the product right below, instead of abstract illustrations.

For your product, the message, style and structure are built around who you sell to and what a visitor must understand in the first five seconds.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can an MVP be built?

A landing page to test interest can be ready in a week or two. A web application MVP depends on scope — so we first cut the features down to what the product can’t make sense without, and only then estimate the timeline.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, if you want — before you share the details of your idea. The code and all rights to the product belong to you.

What if we hire our own developers later?

That’s the goal. The code is readable, versioned in Git and documented, so your team can take it over without rewriting from scratch. I can also help with the handover and with choosing your first hires.
